INGREDIENTS
200g Ramen noodles
2 cloves garlic (thinly chopped)
1 chilli ( deseeded and diced)
1tbsg butter
2tbs olive oil
sea salt (pinch)
200g skinned & boned salmon (cut into 1cm cubes)
2tbs soy sauce
2tbs mirin
2 nori seafood sheets (cut into small squares, then cut thinly)
METHOD
Place salmon into a bowl, add Kikkoman soy sauce and mirin. Leave to marinate for 10mins.
Add Ramen noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook until el dente
Add garlic and chilli into a cold pan with a knob of butter, a splash of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, cook slowly until the garlic is golden brown.
Strain noodles and return to pan, with a small amount of cooking liquor. Adjust seasoning in necessary.
To serve: place King salmon on top of the Ramen noodles and garnish with shredded nori.
