INGREDIENTS
- 200g Ramen noodles 
- 2 cloves garlic (thinly chopped) 
- 1 chilli ( deseeded and diced) 
- 1tbsg butter 
- 2tbs olive oil 
- sea salt (pinch) 
- 200g skinned & boned salmon (cut into 1cm cubes) 
- 2tbs soy sauce 
- 2tbs mirin 
- 2 nori seafood sheets (cut into small squares, then cut thinly) 
METHOD
- Place salmon into a bowl, add Kikkoman soy sauce and mirin. Leave to marinate for 10mins. 
- Add Ramen noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook until el dente 
- Add garlic and chilli into a cold pan with a knob of butter, a splash of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, cook slowly until the garlic is golden brown. 
- Strain noodles and return to pan, with a small amount of cooking liquor. Adjust seasoning in necessary. 
- To serve: place King salmon on top of the Ramen noodles and garnish with shredded nori.
